The Perth job market

Perth has been the place where decisive changes have been made in Australia. At this moment, Perth is considered the Australian capital of freelancing and network marketing.

This is the direct result of the current situation on the Perth job market.

Indeed, Perth jobs are not that easy to get, and the fact that the Australian real estate market is the most expensive real estate market on the planet is not helping out either.

It’s no wonder that investors and developers are steering as clear of Perth as they can, and the most hits are being taken by the general population.

As a job hunter, I can tell you from my professional experience that getting a job in Perth is a challenge in of itself. The jobs are scarce, and usually, there are well over 100 applicants for one position. That being said, if the competition and the overwhelming odds don’t get the best of you, then the prospective employers will.

If you are anything less than the ideal candidate, you will be shot down as fast as you can blink, and it is not your fault.

This is the result of the faulty educational system in most regards and there are a lot of examples in which it has backfired over the years.

Getting a job is basically like trying to sell an item, but in this case, you will be selling your skills, your services and basically yourself. There are maybe 1 or 2 places in all of Australia where you can learn how to do this efficiently, and most people are more or less forced to learn from experience, through practice, trial and error.

This takes a lot of time, therefore we job hunters put our services at our clients disposal and based on the information that they provide us with, the credentials, diplomas, certificates and whatever else we might see fit, we are able to create one of the best selling pitches and sales plans which will more or less guarantee the fact that we will be able to get the perfect job for our clients in their name.

This is in both of our interests, mostly because of the fact that if we get the perfect job for our client, we are almost guaranteed that they will not lose the job or quit it for any reason what so ever. This in turn translates into a lot of publicity and advertising through the spoken word in our favor.

Don’t sit idly by waiting for a job to pop up. If the time has come for you to get a job, or to change it, then you have to take into account the fact that you will have to do everything within your power to get that job, and going to a professional job hunter is within your power.

Once you get over the fact that it’s not a bad thing to get professional help in order to get the job that you want, you will definitely be one step closer to the job that you are desperately looking for.
